Banana and Chia Tea Time Cake Recipe
- 450 gms castor sugar
- 450 gms refined flour
- 125 ml oil
- 190 ml milk
- 4 eggs (large)
- 3 tsp baking soda
- 4 tsp flax seed
- 100 gms almond flakes
- 4 tsp chia seeds
Peel and whisk over ripe bananas in planetary mixer for 3 minutes. The bananas should become pulpy.
In separate bowl, mix egg and sugar together with a whisk.
Take another bowl and sift refined flour and baking soda. Mix them slowly and then add chia seeds.
Mix all the mixtures together.
Make sure they all get combined properly.
Take a baking dish of any shape, and grease it with oil or butter properly from all sides. Now add 100 gm of the above prepared mixture and decorate it with almond flakes and flax seeds on top. Bake at 165 degrees for 22-25 minutes.
