I was looking for some healthy breakfast options and came across this amazingly simple yet very delicious and healthy recipe. Try it out people I am sure you all are going to love this one….
Muesli with Chia Seeds Recipe
Ingredients
- Muesli 1 1/2 cups
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Chia seeds (sabja / takmaria) 1 tablespoon
- Apple juice 1 cup
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Dried berries (cranberries, raspberries and strawberries) 2 -3 tbsps. + for serving
- Roasted walnuts chopped 4 tablespoons
- Slivered almonds 1/4 cup
- Sliced pistachio for garnishing
Prior Preparation
Mix Chia seeds with yoghurt in a bowl and soak them overnight.
Method
Step 2:
Take a bowl and put apple juice and oats in it. Mix and keep it covered for 15 minutes.
Step 3:
Add honey, pre-soaked oats and apple juice in chia seeds and yoghurt mixture and mix them properly. Add dried berries and again mix it.
Step 4:
Take 4 shot glasses and add some berries in them. Next, put some yoghurt in each glass and then some almonds slivers, chopped walnuts. Now add remaining yoghurt mixture in the glasses and decorate it with pistachios and enjoy the delicious and healthy meal immediately.
